COVID-19 UPDATE

We are thrilled to be open and welcoming guests to our beautiful national parks!

Our property is committed to the health and safety of our guests and staff during this unprecedented time. We are taking additional steps in our cleaning and operational procedures to ensure we maintain the highest cleanliness procedures in the industry. Below are some of the actions we are taking to ensure the safety and health of our guests and staff during their travels. 

GUEST ROOMS AND CABINS

-Fogging rooms/cabins with EPA approved disinfectant between guests

-Emphasizing cleaning on all surfaces and high touch areas including door handles, switches, remotes and in-room phones. 

-Removing decorative elements such as decorative pillows, bed runners, magazines, guides. 

-Removing coffee makers and coffee products (Available on request after deep sanitation process or we are giving complimentary coffee vouchers to Sevier Coffee). 

-Limit turn over service of guest rooms to on request on only. We understand you may not want staff in your room after check in. 

Property Wide 

-Offering a new contact free check-in process. There is no need to enter our Lobby and proceed directly to your room or cabin (of course our staff is available to help if needed)

-All rooms and cabins have exterior entrances, eliminating shared hallways, elevators, etc.

-All heating/cooling systems are independent and never share any air flow from any guest room. 

-Spacing and limiting the number of groups at our nightly fire. Nightly S'mores will be cancelled until further notice



Staff

-- Staff and guests who show any symptoms will not be permitted on our property.

-Comprehensive training and meetings about our new cleaning procedures. 

-Limiting contact with staff and guest rooms. Daily turn over service will only be performed upon request.
