Please notify our staff of late check-ins by calling 435-252-0217 between 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. on the day of arrival. We are happy to provide a late check in at no charge.
Check Out time is 11:00 AM; Please note that our front desk is open from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. If you require a coffee maker please call our front desk prior to check in so It can be delivered to your room. Complimentary coffee vouchers are available in each room prior to arrival.
In the event of no-show, 100% reservation total will be charged. Rooms will be re-sold after the first night of the no-show unless guest contacts the property to make arrangements.
Free cancellations are allowed up to 3 days of reservation (72 hours). Please call our front desk to request a cancellation. Cancellations by email will not be honored.
Room changes are allowed up to 3 days of reservation at no charge.
Cancellations within 3 days of check in or in the event of no-show reservations are charged 100% the booking amount. Third party bookings must be changed or cancelled with reservation source.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation, for this reason we recommend travel insurance.

We do not offer rollaway beds.
Pets are allowed in some rooms for a $40 on time fee. 2 dogs per room/cabin. You must notify the property prior to arrival to ensure you are in a dog friendly room or select the pet fee during checkout which will assign a pet friendly room. Dogs can not be left unattended unless crated. Housekeeping will not be performed with dogs inside the room. Please contact our property for pet friendly room availability.
Rooms found with undisclosed pets will be charged a detailed cleaning fee of $150. All Rooms are non smoking a deep cleaning fee of $400 will be charged plus any costs associated with blocking out the room for smoke removal.
